These parts are normally refered to as "Genuine". 2. Manufactured by a Supplier to the Vehicle Assembler. These parts are refered to as "Original Equipment or OE" and are suppliered in the manufacturers packaging. 3. Manufactured by a Supplier who although is not an OE manufacturer has the reputation for Quality that we expect and demand. These parts are refered to as "Replacement parts". 4. Remanufactured parts are only sourced from reputable suppliers and are subject to a surcharge which will be refunded back to on receipt of your old unit[s]. The old parts must not be unservicable due to damage to casings or missing parts etc. All parts we supply are covered by Product Liability Insurance.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Delivery Schedule UK orders. If the item is in stock and the order is received before 4.00pm we try to proccess the order and dispatch it that day [when possible] otherwise it will be dispatched on the next working day. We use various well known carriers but we are in their hands on delivery schedules, We will use all our efforts to make sure that delivery is within 48 hours at the latest. For an item that is not in stock, we will contact you with a date when we expect to receive the parts for dispatch . You will then have the choice of either to cancel the order or to continue. If there are any further delays after the agreed timescale we will contact you to see if you wish to cancel. Export Orders If the item is instock and carriage costs are agreed, we will dispatch immediatley, If the item needs to be ordered we will inform you by email of the timescale involved and will dispatch it as soon as possible. The contract should be completed in 30 days unless agreed otherwise. We are unable to give a stated delivery date as timescales through out the world vary greatly due to circumstances beyond our control, Customs clearances,etc, We will inform you by email on each order.

Back Orders If your item happens not to be in stock, we may back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
